• By purchasing from PazaShop, you agree to the Terms of Service listed below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

• Pazashop sells items from the Roblox game A Universal Time (AUT).
• By purchasing from our shop, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
• You are responsible for providing the correct Roblox username and any other information required to complete your order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.

2. Orders & Delivery

• Orders will be delivered through the agreed-upon in-game trading/delivery method.
• You must provide an accurate Roblox username.
• We are not responsible for items being delivered to the wrong account because you provided incorrect information.
• Delivery times may vary depending on availability, trading restrictions, server issues, or other circumstances.
• Please do not leave the game or otherwise interfere with the delivery process while your order is being completed.

3. Payments

• All payments must be made through the payment methods officially accepted by [SHOP NAME].
• Do not send payment to unofficial accounts claiming to represent our shop.
• An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and verified.
• We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

4. Chargebacks & Fraud

• Fraudulent purchases, false claims, payment disputes, or chargebacks made after a successful delivery may result in a permanent ban from our shop or actions taken against you in-game.
• If you have an issue with an order, please contact support staff so we can attempt to resolve it.
• We reserve the right to provide transaction and delivery records when responding to fraudulent claims.

5. Trading & In-Game Issues

• We are not responsible for problems caused by Roblox, AUT, game updates, server outages, trading restrictions, account restrictions, or other issues outside our control.
• If an item becomes unavailable because of an AUT update or other game change, we will attempt to find a reasonable solution where possible.
• Items are delivered as they exist in the game at the time of delivery.

6. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for ensuring that your Roblox account can receive/trade the purchased item.
• We are not responsible if your account is unable to receive an item due to your own restrictions, settings, bans, trading limitations, or other account-related issues.
• Never provide us with your Roblox password or other sensitive account credentials.

7. Roblox & AUT Disclaimer

Pazashop is an independent shop and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the developers of A Universal Time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Roblox and A Universal Time are separate properties owned by their respective rights holders.

We expect all customers to follow the applicable Roblox and A Universal Time rules. We do not encourage exploiting, hacking, scamming, or otherwise violating game rules.

8. Changes to These Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
• Updated terms will apply to purchases made after the updated terms are published.
• It is your responsibility to review the TOS before purchasing.
